Chicago, Attica, And Southern Railroad
Picture this. You are standing alongside a rail line on a bright, warm, sunny day. The rail line is not a high speed main line, in fact, it's rather worn. The ballast is almost completely obscured by grass and weeds, the ties are old and worn, it's obvious that maintenance is not a priority on this line.

3 Artists You May Have Forgotten About
A look at any chart from any week will reveal a certain amount of music from the superstars; Williams, Jones, Brooks, McGraw. It's also a likelihood that there will be 2-3 acts who could be considered “One or Two-Hit Wonders”. But a large part will be made up of acts who fall in between. They have several hits in their career, but never quite reach that level of superstardom, and oftentimes, after the hits cease, they soon fade from the spotlight.

Halloween
Is it me or has Halloween become a much bigger deal than it was 30-35 years ago? Think about it.

Classic Album Review-Ernest Tubb “The Daddy Of ‘Em All”
Here's the first LP ever recorded by the legendary Ernest Tubb. The Daddy Of 'Em All was released in 1957. It's vintage ET; diction is clear & concise, pitch slightly off, some notes missed, awesome backing band in the Texas Troubadours.

Classic Album Review-Crystal Gayle “We Must Believe In Magic”
While doing a bit of research for this posting, I ran across a comment made by someone who called Crystal Gayle, “The Shania Twain of the seventies”. While they both brought beauty and sexiness into country music, plus both have enjoyed crossover success, to me, the comparisons stop there. Music-wise, Crystal Gayle's material is much stronger than Shania's.
